It may feel like your days of your toddler napping are dwindling. This is true. Most kiddos drop their nap around 3 years old. Don’t be sad though, always implement quiet time when their nap drops!

Wake up – 6-7am
Nap – 12/1pm (up by 2:30)
Bedtime – 6:30-7:30pm
Daytime Sleep: 1-2.5 hours
Nighttime sleep: 11-12 hours
