It is likely time to drop the 2nd nap and go to 1 nap a day. This can be a big shift. Your baby is now sleeping when they used to be awake. It often takes a schedule adjustment of the entire day. You will adjust, I promise!

Wake up – 6-7am

Nap  11:30am – 12pm (wake by 3pm)

Bedtime – 6-7pm Daytime Sleep: 2-3 hours

Nighttime sleep: 11-12 hours
